Dear Parishioners and Friends,
Holy Week and the Easter Triduum are the most sacred time in the Church year. We, your parish staff, are looking forward to worshipping with you and your family for our parish celebrations of all that Jesus has done to redeem us.
Jesus suffered, and died and rose to new life to save us all. Easter brings us the powerful message of joy and hope through His Resurrection. Jesus promises us His peace and reconciliation. Please come to receive and celebrate His message here at our Church. Jesus invites us first to the
Sacrament of Reconciliation. “Be reconciled to God” Saint Paul begs us in 2 Corinthians 5:20. Please come to our parish Church and be reconciled to our merciful Father in heaven by making a good confession.
Jesus invites and He expects all of us to receive His message every weekend by worshipping together
here in Church. So please gently offer His invitation to family members, neighbors and friends who don’t come to Mass very often. And if you have been away from Mass yourself, please
COME HOME AGAIN in this Holy Week and Easter!
Please come for Confession and Mass! Jesus reconciles and refreshes us with His forgiving
Word. Then in the Bible readings and in our Holy Communion at Mass, Jesus nourishes us and gives us strength to handle the joys and struggles
in our lives every day.
We have a big church here, with lots of room for you and for everybody! And Jesus is calling us all, His disciples, to be with Him here in His home that is our spiritual home as well.
May our Risen Lord Jesus come into every one of our hearts and homes this Holy Week and Easter. May His blessings be with us every day of the year.
The peace of Our Risen Lord Jesus be with you always!
Sincerely in Christ,
Msgr. Herbert K. Tillyer,
Pastor for our Parishioners and Parish Staff
